Basement Finishing Photo Album: Family Room in Cohoes

A nice new space for the children to have a place of their own and where friends can hang out with them and even spend nights over. The egress window well was already there when Sterling arrived which is why it is not our standard Rockwell window well. Sterling did add a ladder to increase the ease of exiting if necessary.
