Sterling took an old musty dirty Albany basement and created a custom space. This included a laundry room, bedroom and a Very custom bathroom, which included a whirlpool tub with a glass tile surround and even a heated towel bar.

Laundry Area

Bedroom

A large bright bedroom with Sterling's wall restoration and a closet with hickory bi-fold doors. Sterling's wall restoration is for drywall walls that were damaged by water and mold. Sterling removes the bottom 32" of bad wall and installs "Everlast" panels and decorative chair rail.
