This picture shows the dining area, big screen tv and two doors into the house. Sterling added the sandtone door so they can enter and exit from both the breakfast nook and the living room. Behind the table you can see the mini-split that keeps this a year round retreat.

Jim's favorite feature in his room. He can now relax in his hot tube with the views and feeling of being outside but in a climate controlled room. Jim tells us the he just 'loves' his sunroom.
