A 20' wide room gives large windows for plenty of light. Cindy was an avid gardener so she had a extend her exterior faucet for easy access and John put stones under the room where she could store her gardening tools.

Sterling built a small Trex deck and designed it so there would be a landing in just the right spot to provide a rear landing and stairs from the garage to grade. You can also see their solar panels which limited Sterling in room height.
